Dr. Charlton Butts

Charlton “Doc” Butts is a Florida native, born & raised locally in Palm Beach County. He was a 4-year scholar student-athlete at Santaluces Community High School before attending The University of Central Florida, where he earned his B.S. degree in Molecular Biology & Microbiology, with a minor in Health Sciences. Growing up as an athlete, he always valued healthy living. However, the sudden loss of his 56-year-old father profoundly impacted him, inspiring a new mission: to assist others in living healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Eventually, this led Dr. Butts to pursue a career as an optometrist. He got a degree from the New England College of Optometry and is excited to be part of a place that offers essential eye care services to his community. His dedication to improving eye health and overall well-being is why we're excited to have him at our practice!
