Beyond 20/20 Program

Socialite Vision Beyond 20/20 Program is a program dedicated to providing vision services to eligible middle and high school students in order to improve their academic performance. To be eligible for our program, applicant must: 1) Be referred by current Socialite Vision patient within last 3 years; 2) Be a middle or high school student and 3) Have no current vision insurance.
